Little to no career progression for admins. 1-3% raises, no bonus for admins. They give life to the phrase "quiet promotion". If you are actively asking/seeking a promotion and you don't get it in 2-3yrs, then take the experience, take the name for your resume and move on! Because if you allow it, they will string you along with "you don't always need a promotion, you can gain new experiences and develop in your role" mantra for an indefinite amount of time, meanwhile your basically just doing extra work with the same title and and same pay - with the hope/luck of getting promoted. Overall, the depravity is systematic for admins, but I'd say especially avoid People Experience (PX).
