The job duties added on are never ending. To many hats to wear but the pay doesn't reflect it.

After training lack of responsibility

It's more of a one-man show. Follow the golden rule of ' Boss is always right' to succeed.

Not too much challenge, the location was not quite convenient

Some groups perform very repetitive tasks

Mandatory vaccine and lots of paperwork

Advancement is slow within the company.

Hard to learn how the company works
