The site was a bit isolated from other things

The constant restructures and layoffs made the environment extremely unstable. Products that should have been focused on due to the income they provided were tossed aside for god knows what reason.

Low salary compared to the market. The company raves about equity however, there are still pay gaps.

Management is losing sight of feasible goals. So much push for profit that they don't acknowledge healthy workload. They are also taking away some of the benefits that made work enjoyable (i.e winter shutdown)

It's a huge company, so whilst there are loads of opportunities to change how things are done locally, it's really difficult to influence globally unless you know who / how / when to do it.

Great culture with in organisation but unfortunately because of the old employes it still feels like a Indian company

1) No work life balance 2) Absolutely toxic culture, with constant bullying through unrealistic expectations. Senior leadership is hands in glove with Director/Lead level employes 3) No redress of people related grievances 4) Constantly changing org structures, not even an iota of stability 5) The CEO is absolutely insensitive, treating employees like a property

Overall, this environment may be challenging for someone who is focused on producing rigorous, thoughtful statistical work
