No work in the real sense, unrealistic plans, and work is done based on HOPE that someday a certain product will get launched and nothing happened in the last 3 years. Incompetent leadership is clueless about what to do and is not strong enough to push the India case. Previous leadership was strong but they left within a year. No growth, poor salary hike as there is no work or hardly any meaningful work. The company is bearing the center for no good reason
