Need to hit almost unimaginable quota

Not much increment. Mostly 6% -10%

Sometimes work long hours and weekends

There is alot of attrition

No base pay where stability is important

Can't seem to find any

Depending on the agency that you join.

Income not guaranteed. Management at agency level not supportive.
