Good learning platform from Group Level.
I raised formal concerns about workplace harassment that affected my mental well-being and job security, but no effective action was taken by the Group Legal Investigation team. As a foreign employee at the Prudential CLM wide, observed limited protection for non-local staff. Senior management appeared to prioritize covering internal issues over accountability, and foreign employees were often expected to take responsibility for management-level decisions. This has contributed to high turnover among foreign employees, including senior roles. Although victims employees used the Speak Out and whistleblowing channels, many concerns remain unresolved, no responses from the group Speak Out Team, contributing to a challenging and unhealthy work environment. Prospective foreign employees should be aware that the company has faced challenges in effectively managing certain situations within some LBUs. In practice, the stated values around diversity and mutual respect are not always consistently reflected on the ground, despite being highlighted in hiring materials and on the company website.
