As part of IT, I found their workflow to be unnecessarily tedious, and no one knows why and can give good justification. I understand that as an Insurance company you cannot release as you want, but there are some rules I feel like the implementor has no clear idea the justification of it other than it being a rule from the global company or from audit - where they just implement for the hell of it. I also feel like IT here is solely a supplementary for the business side, having none of its own goal, and can barely have a decent career progression due to that. So if you're aiming to be an innovative IT person, I don't suggest this place because you will face A LOT of obstacles and will barely have any support, from management side, or from technical side.
