I think it's a very vertical structure

Just too many complicated processes and systems to navigate on a daily basis. It was challenging to be effective and meet objectives and to ensure the team was doing the same. There is often a lot of conflict between practices and rather than focus on what is best for the client, each practice is simply grabbing as much revenue as they can.

- Lack of interest from senior leadership with regards to career progression i.e. getting placed on projects that don't align at all to your career objectives just because you're resource is available - Can be unsociable working hours depending on your project

Making fully chargeable employees redundant left, right and centre due to limited growth - but happy to let senior employees tap away on their amex to their hearts content. No job security and promotion prospects past senior associate are extremely limited.

The salary packages are not that high for an audit senior as compared to those in the US.
