Stressful busy season, competitive between colleagues

intense working schedule, work life balance is main issue

Can be long hours, did have flexibility though in some quieter periods. Lots of travel to clients (my personal client base)

The management is always changing

- preaches about work-life balance but no actual practice (in fact, you attract negative attention from managers/seniors if you do practice it) - most managers pride themselves on their long working hours - i have lost count the number of times my managers has told me "time management" when it comes to juggling multiple jobs and part-time studies

Personal development, progress, feel like an outsider

Salary is lower than what is performed in the banks
