I think it's a very vertical structure

Just too many complicated processes and systems to navigate on a daily basis. It was challenging to be effective and meet objectives and to ensure the team was doing the same. There is often a lot of conflict between practices and rather than focus on what is best for the client, each practice is simply grabbing as much revenue as they can.

Slow promotions Lower level pay

Benefits could be better. Could be more efficiency with bureaucracy stuff.

Difficult to change team, some works are boring
