PwC has an amazing reputation and the top leadership is strong. Benefits are very good and pay is competitive.
Just too many complicated processes and systems to navigate on a daily basis. It was challenging to be effective and meet objectives and to ensure the team was doing the same. There is often a lot of conflict between practices and rather than focus on what is best for the client, each practice is simply grabbing as much revenue as they can.
