There is nothing bad i see, but yes after 2-3 years you will get monotonous with the same type of work

Unfortunately Overtime is not paid

Some pm and staffs are overly proud of being consultant and make toxic culture.

They're subject to lay offs. Their US "CEO" changed and when he left, he took the "heart" of PwC with him. Now it's all business and no more caring about the people.

stressful because partner is impatient n demanding

Pay far behind competitors, almost no treats at the office, extreme gap between management and the associate/sr associate level
