No help from management or WFC, no support when dealing with the client, no personable or meaningful connections within the company, constant and aggressive tactics from coworkers competing with you, no "teamwork", no work-life balance to speak of, and constant harassment from management if you need to miss work. (schools closed when Covid hit, single mom with a child. had the ability to work from home but was given constant grief about it, and was then let go.
