The 2nd largest staffing firm in the world. many opportunities
You are only as good as your numbers
Process technician
Good experience with the recruiters and staff. Presents a good starting opportunity in a contractor role to be able to transition to permanent employee.
As a contractor, benefits are available but are low. Contract terms are without limit, so you could be a contractor for the entirety of your employ.
Great base pay and a friendly environment. Randstad offers an extensive training plan that is virtual.
The metric system basically forces employees to put in false data because the expectations are unattainable unless you're looking to work 50+ hours a week.
Flexible contract, variable employment circumstances, multiple opportunities, quick placement. Exposure to varied clientèle with opportunities for being picked for full time
Difficult to communicate with recruiters, low wages, no benefits, assignments based on if the recruiter likes you, wage was not always clearly communicated, pay was late, documentation was inaccurate
Randstad is forward thinking and innovative, really exciting use of technology and data. From a people point of view career development is high on the priority list. Randstad hold regular talent reviews and anyone who is capable will be stretched and developed. Over the 5+ years I have been with the business I have pushed for more responsibility and opportunity and have always managed to achieve this with the support of my managers. I have found managers in Randstad listen and act on feedback and tend to want the best for you and your career.
The pace is very fast at Randstad, which suits me but it won't suit everyone.
Corporate recruiter
Randstad Offshore Services - The HR Department is very poorly managed. Too much of politics and micromanagement can be observed in every aspect. They will pressurize and make you 80-100 cold callings every day, feels like a BPO. No growth can be observed. Even a person with 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition is making phone calls, sourcing profiles, and making submissions every day to close the positions.
1. Too much favoritism, in the HR department they hire from local Hyderabadi people and a lot of groupism can be observed. 2. Unnecessary pressure from manager, very rude and unethical behaviour, too much of hiring targets and expectations. They will not mention anything about this during the interview process. 3. The manager will give poor rating even if your monthly KPIs are achieved. 4.There is no automated software, they lied in the JD. The company will make you work on Excel for everything, no ATS system. 5. Too much of micromanagement, they will check your excel file, how you are managing the data, they need to know every break time. My manager took my laptop many times to check the files. 6. The senior management won't pay attention to any of the issues. They will maintain a fake repo of being MNC but doesn't know how to run like a corporate. 7. Many of my colleagues got laid off without any justification. 8. No respect for hard work, the manager will appreciate just one person who pleases him. 9. The manager is holding the position of director for the Talent Acquisition Team without any relevant experience. He doesn't know how to handle a team, no empathy, and no understanding. 10. The company will hire anyone who knows how to speak English. Qualification is not a factor here.

Little pressure, happy team, and people were nice. and office are good
if you work in an environment has little pressure, you need extra self-motivation to be a good performer.
Regional business head | staffing
I have started my journey with Randstad on 13th April 2015, since then i have felt that this organization is for people and they value people. Fortunately we are in people business and setting such benchmark for our own team gives wonderful experience. We have followed few best practices from across the globe which has really made us what we are today. It's transparent and performance driven organization happy to be a part of this group.
We have few but the best part is Senior management has already started addressing those concerns for the team. I am sure we would be an Industry Star very soon.
