There's honestly nothing I can fault! The office environment is the perfect balance between professional and casual allowing maximum productivity whilst keeping the job engaging. As a new starter, I have been warmly welcomed by every member of the office. With no previous experience in recruitment I was apprehensive about the level of training I might receive, and the newly founded Tech academy has delivered on every level. Its in-depth and well structured allowing me to develop confidence in my abilities to perform. Even for experienced consultants it offers the opportunity to develop and progress. 10/10. I recommend Randstad Tech to everyone and anyone.

The money is decent overall

One of the most caring and rewarding companies I have ever worked for, honestly such an amazing company to be with. Been working with Randstad for over 5 years now and I have loved every second of it, I love my job, I love my Manager and I love my teams. Pay on time, professionals, friendly.

Although its not for everyone, 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule personally work great for me. Great place to learn and really develop if that's what you want.

The staff in San Antonio are very friendly and helpful. They do place you quickly at a position, and work with you if the contract does not work out.
