It service desk analyst
Earning PTO at a staffing firm was nice, recruiters are helpful.
Don't offer many remote positions.
Anonymous employee
Nothing good apart from work
Salary won’t be credited on time
Talent advisor
- Good Salary + Half Yearly Bonus - Very renowned and big Clients to work for - Average facilities
- Worst Leadership (they won't hear or respond) - Management not helpful - If you can lick your manager's boots, you'll grow, otherwise you'll be thrown out - Upset work-life balance
Client service representative
The recruitment staff were very responsive
None that I can think of
none none none none none
They have created a scenario where you cannot possibly get paid for holidays if your employer via contract is open for less hours than Randstad Corporate. There are zero benefits (they'll tell you there's a 401(k) but without matching, you're better off with a Roth.) I would sooner take a minimum wage job working 80 hours a week than give this people another second of my time.

Great reputation for a large agency Training is constant and encouraged Perks are incredible
Overbearing on the KPIs to the point where they were reported on the CRM and then a google sheet
Its work and better than nothing
Its work when i want to be foing nothing
Talent
Very professional, work hard to get you the right job quickly. I went in on a Friday and was working on an assignment the following Wednesday full time. I couldn't have found a job on my own that quick.
Temp positions that turn to permanent positions will result in a fee to employer. This I fair to Randstad so they don't loose all of their employees, but I'd like to know how the employer companies feel about it.
Commissions are quite good
The atmosphere is toxic
Administrative assistant
Enjoyed the stability of long-term assignments.
None that I can think of.
