Good company in terms of inclusive Learning opportunities
Compensation not very much competitive
Developer
- work culture - great food - leave policy - employee benefits
- All tools internally built, not useful for other companies' interviews - not a lot of learning, old legacy projects only need the same repetitive basic tasks/features - In just one year, you'll forget all DSA and system design you ever practiced because nothing will ever be used here. Coding language is also different - ABAP - so we won't be able to solve DSA with that. Have to save time to keep practice going.

Good pay Great work life balance Culture and people are phenomenal
Pay raises are typically underwhelming and as such you see many people try to "boomerang" by accepting a job elsewhere to get a pay raise before coming back There are many different jobs within SAP. However, it feels like it is much easier to find a lateral move than a move that acts as a promotion here.

-Working with the world largest companies to solve real business problems and lead powerful digital transformations -Insanely Talented People -Constantly growing and able to learn something new
-SAP is taking a big initiative towards "early talent" (young people) to slowly start to fill roles of people retiring and of tenured reps leaving. Despite early talent having challenging jobs with more responsibility and higher KPI's to hit, SAP more times than not is willing to increase pay to match the industry standards. More so for base salary.
