Good pay, good culture, can't complain
Stressful during quarter end sometimes
Senior software engineer
SAP is a large global organization with strong brand value and job stability. It provides exposure to enterprise-level systems and large-scale projects. Work-life balance and structured corporate environment can be consistent depending on the team. Opportunities exist to work in cross-functional and global teams.
Work culture in some teams may feel influenced by internal politics rather than purely technical performance. HR processes may not always be effective in addressing employee complaints or ensuring consistent enforcement of policies. Managerial decisions can sometimes carry more weight than formal HR guidelines, leading to a perception of limited transparency. Compensation hikes and promotions may not always feel strongly aligned with individual performance. Some managerial roles being non-technical can result in limited technical depth in discussions and reduced focus on engineering quality. Opportunities for hands-on technical growth may vary significantly depending on team and leadership.

Pay is really less compared to other product companies
Sales specialist
Some brand recognition, customer loyalty
Worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune to work at. Matrix reporting lines that make zero sense, a culture that’s a throwback to maybe the 90’s or even before. Management completely out of touch with modern work conditions, strategy and any sense of direction. Spreadsheets everywhere, Little or no support with onboarding and systems are a complete mess.
