No long term plans for new projects. Major concentration is on HDD, which makes other products and projects more susceptible to closure.

Too many foreigners. Increment every year below $100. Not worth.

Terrible executive team, poorly managed at high level, salary cuts, constant layoffs every 3-6 months, no raises, poor transparency about business decisions

Better to go at seagate when you have your retirement planed out, as once you joined this org, you'll get comfortable. So don't opt for it if you are looking for MAJOR growth.
