- Pay is lower than market rate - Promotion is dependent on direct superior, some work for more than 10 years still not promoted despite consistent work - Highly volatile job security, as dependent on orders - Bare minimum food quality provided at canteen

Upper management is a pain. CEO is a mess.

narrow down your job scopes not easy to be promoted especially when you re in customer service team less benefit (if you expect high benefit can skip here)
