It's very hard to earn money from selling HDD nowsaday. Top management taking care of themselves and investors by cutting costs and pushing stock dividend. The talented employees who are capable to find jobs elsewhere, already gone.

The work can sometimes be pretty boring

Management doesn't have clear future plan.

1. Endless context switching that leads to zero results and constant stress 2. ZERO transparency 3. No room for feedback 4. Engineering managers have no technical skills 5. Management gaslighting and bullying employees who dare to ask questions

Not enough promotions handed out

Alot of Legacy issues which hinders the growth of the company

Wages, not much progression atm

Attrition rate is high CTC is not great compare to Bangalore

Shift work but a lot of time off

- Mechanical engineering work is not challenging enough - Nature of work is a little all over the place. Would have helped if the work was a little more focused and structured.
