- If you work at Asia region, mostly you just been treat like a cheap resources ( not human ), this is very typical under Asia region management. ( they just could not understand running cheap and big is just one of the option, not the only option ) - Many talents leaves because of management, because not been treat like talent instead of cheap resources. - less Opportunities in career, because promotion mean extra cost to company. ( probably Asia site )
