Safe place to work, Covid presented difficult situations, many safeguards were in place to guard the health and wellbeing of employees. In addition to reasonable safety controls for an industrial business. The works was interesting and encouraged both collaboration and individual contributions. Profit sharing on a regular basis. Stock options were granted. Efforts were made to shift people into different roles to move the business forward.
