The work isn't too hard, and the team has good processes behind everything so hardly ever does something go awry. The work environment is largely unsupervised, and as long as work is completed on time management is pretty relaxed. This makes it easy to not take your work home with you. They also have good benefits (401k, HSA, insurance, etc.).
Slow spin up due to large code base and lack of collaboration. The work atmosphere is a bit isolationist and it can be difficult to ask for help. The assigned work is generally uninteresting, and I find myself bored; most days are just going through a checklist. This is likely due to the size of the codebase and number of people working on it, and isn't necessarily bad, just not for me.
