Even after 7+ years in the pune, they dont know how market is in terms of money. From more than 1 year we are looking for a talented engineer to hire and everyone is rejecting because package being offered to them. Even we are frustrated here and just waiting for market situation to get settled. Hard to believe that Seagate has grown such big with such attitude towards employee. Seagate will remain a manufacturer mindset company always where they know to squeeze employee and not give money as per market.

Relaxed work environment. Low stress.
Many employees did not have important tasks to work on while a handful of employees carried the burden of all of the important tasks. Management cared more about jira status than actual progress. Not a personable culture, after 2 years I still didn't know what several of my close colleagues looked like.

- Daily jobs are challenging but interesting which keep people constantly improving. - Many initiatives to encourage employees to take on additional studies, widen knowledge. - Company is in transition to become more adept at latest technology trends such as cloud storage computing, data science. Many internal opportunities are open. - Good financial performance and bonus in recent years is also motivating.
Shortage of staffs sometimes leads to work overload.
