Working 12 hours but it flies in and the time off is great...well worth it

no career growth and challenges

Always received customer returns. Customer cannot define defect.

-it’s been a couple years since we’ve gotten raises, salary has been below average -slow promotion schedule -always layoffs happening -not replacing employees after they quit

Currently not giving pay raises.

There were bias between staff

open plan areas very noisy
