Cons

Made to feel worthless as an operator. Management have a real bully boy way of dealing with staff on the floor. The place is full of snakes especially at senior level. Managers think they are above the law most times. Constant bullying if your face doesn't fit their profile. It seriously is the worse place I have worked in. Operators been sworn at on daily basis by UM's. Been told to shut the F**k up and constantly trying to make you feel small. Very few managers and senior managers are respectful (maybe 1 per shift ) The place is top heavy with management who to this day I couldn't tell you what they do. It's a place that makes jobs for the boys and protects them from HR or so called HR. The team in there will 99.9 % of the time take management side. So if you're expecting help or protection from them then you may bury your head in the sand now. Absolutely worthless when it comes to dealing fairly with people. Reading this you may think I hate the place, you would be wrong. I just hate the fact that those who are meant to be there to help you , guide you, assist you, encourage you, understand you and protect you are failing you every single day of your life. Could it be a decent place to work? Yeah of course, but that means clearing out most management and recruiting people with actual people skills. The place is sinking and management have made their money so they don't care what happens next. 228 volunteers put their names in for redundancy when the company was only looking for 68. This alone should tell you exactly what people think of this place. Absolutely awful way of dealing with staff on every level. Even during redundancies the company keeps you in the dark. You hear info from press releases before hearing it in person. Absolute disgusting way to work.
