1. Looks like company only focuses on WFH thing. They dont care about the quality work. 2. Worst Managers ever. Not even a single manager who can defend their team or support their employee even though they are right. 3. No recognition no rewards. There is no recognition/reward for good work. 4, Layoffs are very frequent 5. Work culture and policies are not good 6. No transport facility and company expects to come to office daily. No matter if you have any family problem or you stay too far from office.

Mid and above level management. No training was provided and it showed. Incompetency and greed is cemented in the company structure. Harsh layoffs. Frequent and souless. Staggered deliveries successfully kept Seagate off the national news headlines but constantly loom behind the better knowing minds of the employees. No clear direction. Some company initiatives were akin to asking lead engineers to throw darts at a word cloud for ideas. (This may be irrelevant following the layoffs if they consolidate and stick to what they were good at.)

Pay could be a bit better.
