Lack of resources, change is constant, no formal ramp up process

Constant layoffs, too many managers

Management is terrible. Managers are only out for themselves, don’t support the team, and do not like to be challenge. Siloed orgs do not help. Goals are very conflicting. Pay is poor and worse for young people. Very hard to get into management.

Working night shift can take its toll

Job security in Seagate used to be good but in recent years many of my former colleagues left due to multiple redundancy and even salary cut since I left. I feel sorry for the people working there. Poor weather and remote locations are other cons.

Monotanous work, often short staffed in production department.Bullying culture of management seemsbto be the norm.
