A bit boring. Not much opportunity for professional growth. Increment isn't much, but i guess this is the education sector so can't expect a lot.

very less compared to market and amount of workload

No cons till I left

ll their certifications are merely lies they've peddled to the Qualifying Agency. Facilities don't work, department don't have proper facilities, and student numbers are rubbish. Also they love to rehire ex staff with disciplinary problems. Salary is WAY under what the regular market pays. Good luck negotiating your new salary at your other companies after working here. Some lecturers even threaten students! No chance of ever doing any research if you're an academic- they overload you with teaching hours and also refuse to support you financially or anything else.

one person basically do for 2 person duties, management bad and stingy

benefits are common, management are not solid

Low wages, low self-esteem team, moderate leadership management from top to bottom, poor facilities, etc.

Transition period is very tough

you don't have a career path unless you are in their favour. There are too many bosses but not enough staff at the working level.

Top management and marketing dept is too political, don't listen, stuck up, lots back stabbing and gossiping about others, trying to run down other people and other dept. No respect for these 2 depts. The heads of these 2 depts also think they know a lot but actually dont know much, likes to show off and argues with other depts.

Bad salaries and bad promotiona

The building is old and ugly

Tech savvy is a trend to adapt. Attitude problem with some professionals senior or season staff. No flexible working hour.

micromanagement, toxic environment, difficult to get promote

Messy academic management. No proper guidelines.

Salaries not compatible with universities of the category

Salary increment is slow like turtle Poor management team

Salary quite low and not match with your experienced and market.

No guidance and could be challenging for new lecturer

There are good times,there are bad times. There are time of belief, the are time of incredulity. Working in SEGi is like living during the French revolution.

Bad management. no career path. only selected people will manage to get promotion.

The salary was delayed at the end of the month

Parking problem and hard to find the parking

bad network noisy lift desprate couples everywhere

Pressured for numbers all the time

Archaic work processes ie very manual for the 21st century and lots of unnecessary admin work. Medium-high staff turnover

poor management the management did not take the complaint seriously

No career progression All friend gang, not fit in to group, you can easily get kick out

Friendly and helpful colleagues. Good understanding and ready to help superior.

Too many things to handle in one times

Call for a 2 hours meeting that involve many ppl just to discuss on buying items that cost rm20 Find all ways to take advantage of employees and super stingy director. She needs to know the world doesn’t revolve around the organisation and need to treat supplier fairly. Pop the bubble they are living in

Management arrangement of changes with refer to central agency

No bad things in SEGi University and

lack of leadership alot of bosses

-Below-market salary compared to industry standards. -Limited growth opportunities and slow career advancement. -Highly political environment, where people are often managed out through internal politics. -Heavy workload with low compensation relative to effort and responsibility. -Limited recognition — only employees who are close to the bosses are acknowledged.

You have to do everything on own Self esteem

There was no bonus these few years.

Small salary adjustment. There are bonus and increment, but the salary movement is slow.

So far so good. Unable to learn a lot of things

Facilities, Parking, Management, Politics, Food

A good training environment for fresh graduate academicians.

Too much workload, the whole process is a mess, communication between departments Is an issue, too many student complaint due to regulatory problems, money issue, service issue, classroom, lecturers etc. the top management only plays blaming game when things happen

Too many processes, procedures and bureaucracy

Salary increment is minimal even after working for many years

No system so you can do whatever you like
