I have no comments on the cons

you don't have a career path unless you are in their favour. There are too many bosses but not enough staff at the working level.

Top management and marketing dept is too political, don't listen, stuck up, lots back stabbing and gossiping about others, trying to run down other people and other dept. No respect for these 2 depts. The heads of these 2 depts also think they know a lot but actually dont know much, likes to show off and argues with other depts.

Bad salaries and bad promotiona

The building is old and ugly

Tech savvy is a trend to adapt. Attitude problem with some professionals senior or season staff. No flexible working hour.

micromanagement, toxic environment, difficult to get promote

Messy academic management. No proper guidelines.

Salaries not compatible with universities of the category

Salary increment is slow like turtle Poor management team
