No staff benefits no increment

Consistent salary in many years

Poor managment which causes work interruption, will underpay you

Not much, I just wish there were some kind of scholarship for Diploma students. MY CGPA is above 3.8 and i wish i had some benefit of performing that well.

Impersonal and uncaring NEW management. No engagement, no increment and bonuses for many years, full of narcissists only interested in own careers but clearly out of their depths.

Politics and gossips all the way from top down

Quite underpaid, min benefits, last minute tasks, small number of annual leaves.

Higher management is biased and demonstrates favoritism. Difficult to get job done as they will not provide a budget and forces staff to use money from their pockets. No Work life balance as flexi hours is no longer given.

System and Management require some changes

Less incerement. No work progression No promotion or less

Student oriented. High workload. Limited parking

Private local company , no chance of relocation

Very slow career / Stagnant career and salary growth, but with increasing workload.

Typical local company that create new policy to accommodate own need. Required a modern leadership.

Profit oriented, large classes, crazy teaching hours

Faculties are more to self bounded, less inter-faculty cooperation. Each faculty struggle to keep their own number, does not think of overall performance as One SEGI Uni.

There is a room of improvement in working space.

Suddenly the management starts to micromanage. No increments, no bonus, no career progression. Better place for retirement only.

Micromanagement from top management. No budget provided for development of faculty, facilities, and environment. No bonus and increment for many years.

Too much teaching hours and salary not high

management is a bit picky, make difficult demands, certain office politics make it hard to work as a team.

Outdated IT infrastructure and business processes.

Job Insecurity: Research positions are often project-based or temporary, leading to uncertainty regarding job stability and long-term employment prospects.

Unstructured and archaic leadership style who are unable to see beyond their own opinions.

Low pay raise for promotion, no bonus (regardless of qualifications obtained) Abrupt changes implemented by new management was not cascaded. Uninformed and unreasonable disbandment of departments.

Low increment, paid low basic salary to the staff.

The management does not take staff complaints seriously. There are those who are professional and there are those who are abusing privileges given. Some lecturers behave inappropriately towards students! Some staff don't follow dress codes. Men with long hair, ladies with skirts that are too short. Highly unprofessional. Starting salary is very, very low- way below industry standards.

Bad management. Unreasonably low pay. 3 consecutive years without increment. Low bonus. High workload. No proper rewarding system in place to motive staff. Penalize staff for doing extra.

SEGi has to be more people oriented and reward the people adequately
