Great flexible working environment. Working hours are flexible as long as maintain an average of 20 teaching hours.
During MCO, employees are forced to come back to report to work despite rising cases solely due to audit. Audit requirements were communicated last minute to staff which lead to employees overworked. Additionally, head of department lacks competency and clueless in regards to audit requirements . In addition to that, head of department was assigned to training in regards to audit but left after 5 minutes to get a haircut as the next day is MCO.

Fantastic academic colleagues, location is suitable for someobe who hates traffic, flexible hours for academicians, pretty much left alone to do work.
Micro management by the CEO due to profit centric policies. No emphasis on making the SEGian community feel better about working or studying here. Staff turnover / talent loss is not a priority because quality is secondary to owners. All decisions are financially driven. Top management need to hire smart and motivated individuals, not best friends and family members. The No. 1.5 position in the company changes every year because CEO can't play nice with anybody. No stability = no growth.

Very nice & helpful colleagues & immediate superior, and willing help to each others.
Most of the nice colleagues/senior staff already left after the new management taking in-charge the department. And also lack of judge staff working performance. Simply promote the staff that never do any contribution for company.

Most of the staffs are helpful and willing to guide and provide useful information to new comer. Able to work together and cooperate with each others.
Job load distribution wise are not proper distributed. Some lecturer has less than 20 hours word load per week and few of them their work load more than 30 hours per week.

1. The HOD in Faculty of Pharmacy is a fake academician. No teaching, no research and want to interfere all decision. 2. No bonus and increment for many years. 3. The human resource has no power over HODs.
Flexi hours available to staff for most department
HR more willing to recruit new staff than promote existing ones even though both equally qualified
