I have a steady career progression in SEGi The company provide medical claims including dental, optical and traditional medicine which many companies do not have such benefits. Work life balance - the superiors do not expect immediate respond during your holidays. There were team building programme and related training for staff.
There was no bonus these few years.

Care about students and quality of academic delivery. Staff benefit is normal, but the working environment is good.
Small salary adjustment. There are bonus and increment, but the salary movement is slow.

At segi college sarawak, Some colleagues are friendly and helpful. Students are nice. Strategic location in town. Salary and benefit is ok
Too much workload, the whole process is a mess, communication between departments Is an issue, too many student complaint due to regulatory problems, money issue, service issue, classroom, lecturers etc. the top management only plays blaming game when things happen
