Environment is good. Have staff discount.
Increment is low, annual leave is less
Friendy colleague and nice work environment
OT is a must, can't really work life balance during peak period
- good environment, nice office - working hour start at 10
- micromanage - low pay - no career grow
Salary credited by week Easy to understand practical task
When there's a lot of orders only then they would call for part timers Picker-have to memorize where the goods are. Packer- hands turning green from folding boxes
Pros? I would be lying if there is any.
Bad management here in this company. Tech management head lack of tech skills, but not willing to learn and stubborn on his own opinion. If you do not agree with the opinion and make the head not happy, you would need to handover your work to other people without getting any early inform. Very low increment. Always not inform employee about employee got covid in office and forcing us to work in office, allow close contact employee work in office. Very stingy and barely no welfare. Please don't work here. The staff turnover here is so high that you wouldn't believe.
Free snacks all week long
No proper staff training and guidance.
Friendly colleagues and staff discount
Management lacks of empathy, proper KPI adjustments. Pay low salary and expect you to do all the things. Feedback to management, they would throw all the issues to you and make you think is your issue. Management always say 'think about it, why others no issue and only you got issue' to make you look down of yourself.
Staff purchase at cost price Good learning curve because you’re expected to juggle everything at once (lack of staff due to high turnover) including ad-hoc tasks outside of your jobscope Highly rewarding, don’t let them know you’re capable you will be rewarded with more work and responsibilities Guidance towards a gratitude-preaching lifestyle (because if they don’t teach their staff to be grateful for the peanut-paying job, they will run even faster)
The least amount of ALs per year (so much for the company branding that claims to value work life balance and conscious living hehe) Top management lacks company direction and expects the staffs to figure out on their own with no resources and support, or rather they often rely on a temporary burst of ideas and soon move on to another “big idea” from the co-founder without proper planning Claimed to be Top 1 nuts seller in Malaysia so they pay you peanuts too Instead of offering practical solutions like fair pay and medical benefits to improve employees’ welfare, management preaches about esoteric concepts like “aligning with the universe for more money” Surprisingly this company still survives with a large amount of inadequate top management and HODs, I guess the universe does bring you some luck if you meditate and manifest the issues to disappear magically.
Friendly colleagues and friendly atmosphere
Unpaid overtime sometimes, because if we don't complete the job it is still our work tomorrow.
