Career progression is quite slow – it generally takes a long time to be considered for promotion Limited growth opportunities – advancement within the company can be stagnant without clear development pathways. Lack of professional career growth, anti-social work environment, due to the notorious "luxury" car brand? As much as independent learning is one of the factors, constant scrutinizing and feeling under valued is not helping. Positive contributions are not acknowledged.
