use of propaganda to promote "family" culture limited progession Clique mentality poor management (promoted to level of incompetence) People disappear (no one's ever made redundant or fired) Pay rises are reluctantly given (bare minimum) Still being run like a sales organisation

Unclear job desk for back-office team resulting hard to collaborate with sales (local POV)
Stable Job and salary on time on time appraisal.
No management to share yout hard face and issues with so suffer will go on if you can be a buttler of your manager.
