Great Leadership team, they have people skills and direction is excellent. You feel heard and you know you’re important to the company. Working from home is a great benefit. Pay is above average at least in my case, very happy, a lot of work, but I do enjoy it. I hope to stay in this company for several years to come.
Working from home could be partial in some locations. I would prefer to keep my schedule 100% WFH and perhaps go to the office only one day per week. In places with high traffic, you just waste 2-3 hours per day in total for commute.
Salary on time, few perks like Amazon Voucher and cash prize based on your performance
No work life balance. Unrealistic time lines. Everything has to be done manually. Management will listen and ignore you at the same time. You have to work on all your weekends of month and atleast 18 hours in a day to meet the deadlines. When you left they won't provide your quarterly verriable amount in your FNF for months you worked even if that is the part of your CTC. HR always favours management over the associate level employees.

Some projects can be high-pressure and require long hours, but this is typical in the industry and not unique to SoftwareONE. Communication between teams and departments can sometimes be challenging, but efforts are made to improve this.

There are many changes happening in the company which should not be the problem. The issue is that management does not know where the company goes. No grow opportunities and human resources is really inefficient.
