Fast growth has led to an array of services that are often not as well-integrated or standardized as they could be. Some lower-cost services delivered by overseas resources threaten to undermine the brand's quality image. Considering how cheaply those services are usually sold, that doesn't seem like a great idea. Last, salaries lag the industry.
