Need to focus on training/on-boarding new staff. Too many systems to do your work. Busy work is ridiculous. If you hire someone & tell them they are in sales, let them sell. Get rid of all the processes that are wasting everyone's time. There's more mess to discuss, but it is late & I need to go to bed...

There has been continual upheaval and change to operating methodologies in the past 5 years with no stability in sight. Doesn't feel as secure of employment as it once did. Pay is mediocre, benefits are average.
