Unfortunately, very few. There were/ are a few decent people in the business who made life a little easier, particularly some who had been around for a long time
Senior leadership was awful. Very low EQ, a complete lack of empathy and no structure. Its why I left. I felt very strongly that the company was becoming worse on a day to day basis with the leadership completely out of touch with what was needed to get back on course. Although the private equity debacle was fun to watch from the sidelines it distracted the leadership who lost focus on what was important. I assume this is still going on and continues to distract?
