They are trying to make India Technology Centre for which they appointment line manager within every team and the kine managers do no hold any experience 9f managing people and because of that they have made the Gurgaon office ITS culture so toxic that people are leaving or finding new jobs. If you tell this point to ITS head he will not listen because then he will have to find new people who fits better into the role. This company was so good before July 2024.
