There some ncredible people at lower levels in the organization
Many. 1. Management runs on nepotism favouring their friends 2. Management doesnt really care about employee satisfaction generally 3. Senior management are not completely honest 4. They have massive knee jerk reactions to issues 5. Just about everything is manual 6. Services are a bit of joke with high people reliance which increases risk 7. Significant churn 8. Salaries are generally poor and poor benefits though some regions are ok 9. Very poor career prospects for progression impacted by 1. above

I was given individual projects and was managing all activities related to project which is good exprience. My managers did not micro-manage me so that was the best thing that happened to me. I was give complete freedom.

If you are LGBT+, this is not a safe company for you! Do not believe the rainbow capitalism, it is filled with homophobic employees (including leadership). There are so many better places in tech with real DEI initiatives where you can be your authentic self.
