good management environment & pressure.

I dont see any cons in my particular department, the only barrier is the package that they offer.

- The company lacks a clear vision and tailored strategy for smaller or emerging markets, which often feel overlooked. - Frequent internal changes (organizational restructuring, shifts in management and country leadership) create uncertainty and impact long-term planning. - Some smaller markets are under-resourced, particularly in terms of competent technical staff. As a result, client-facing support is often handled remotely, leading to lower client retention and satisfaction due to the lack of personal engagement.

The company is going down after this re org. Constant change no stability. Stay away

At the time when I was working there there was a strange move from managment to get rid some of the ppl. in very bad manned - Instead of just not prolonging their contracts their names were put on slide on town hall in from of 120 ppl

Lacking a proper onboarding - company with 9k employees, this should be as proper as the 5 round job interviews. Lack of honesty within the job interview is disappointing

Support with lead generation would be helpful

Poor management, no directions in vision
