The company is in total chaos. People are getting made redundant en masse and any review on here saying it's a great place to work is either paid by the company or HR is busy setting up fake profiles. The people aren't the brightest and the leadership team hides away in Switzerland surrounded by their cronies. Stay well away as you'll get the boot after the merger anyway.

The interview process was super clear and planned out well in a good amount of time, a lot of help and support is given to make sure you feel welcomed! Nice engineers, nice engineering managers, nice Engineering Directors and really forward thinking SVP of Engineering who was an awesome leader.
No sense direction for the software team from the people at the top. Still a very Sales person first mentality for software sales, which is understandable but one has to wonder if that is the correct way to go in the Modern IT climate.
