Flexy working Given a BoB
BoB has a high rate of turnover in terms of BDMs, no value for customer Lack of accountability Found the role boring Wasn’t challenged
It consultant
the culture and the people are great
some internal process are slow
Sales
Good money, decent work-life balance
Inadequate tools and company strategy were good only on paper.

Great place to work. Hybrid.
Politics and management needs more improvement when it comes to employee satisfaction
Vendor manager
Loved the people I worked with. I did feel after Patrick Winter passed away, the company became more "corporate"
I worked for a horrible manager that ended up getting fired. Her entire team left.
Consultant
Stable, lot of opportunities to grow Great team of coworkers and overall mood in the office.
Push for results at any cost instead of more focus on development
Great culture, exposure, non-hierarchical, great company for professional and personal growith.
it'd be like you got married to the job! love-hate sometimes, but you do it anyway.
Account manager
No politics, most are at management level
but lack of direction with operations and management - Transparency is intentional
Senior operations associate - research and analytics
1. The company provides many benefits like - Transport, medical, WFH culture, and employee-centric company policies. 2 . Workload is very minimal if you got the heck of working your process. 3. this company provides training for the process so no worries if you are new.
Many employees are aged 30 or above, indicating a relatively mature workforce. Senior leaders, who have been with the company for a long time, sometimes exhibit behaviors that can feel overly controlling or authoritative, akin to dealing with in-laws. Despite the company policy promoting a non-micromanagement culture, certain senior leaders can be rigid and exert their power. There is a perception of favoritism and office politics, where superficial actions like socializing with managers or flattering them seem to influence recognition more than actual performance.
Accounts payable analyst
Concise information was appreciated. Overall process made me very comfortable and at ease.
I have none. Everything with interview process was a success in my opinion.
