Senior operations associate - research and analytics

Pros

1. The company provides many benefits like - Transport, medical, WFH culture, and employee-centric company policies. 2 . Workload is very minimal if you got the heck of working your process. 3. this company provides training for the process so no worries if you are new.

Cons

Many employees are aged 30 or above, indicating a relatively mature workforce. Senior leaders, who have been with the company for a long time, sometimes exhibit behaviors that can feel overly controlling or authoritative, akin to dealing with in-laws. Despite the company policy promoting a non-micromanagement culture, certain senior leaders can be rigid and exert their power. There is a perception of favoritism and office politics, where superficial actions like socializing with managers or flattering them seem to influence recognition more than actual performance.
