Friendly people and good facilities. Having the company's name on your cv will boost up your chances moving to a better place later

Full with dinosaurs ( old retired and not qualified people) refusing to leave. Management likes to give the impression to keep up with trend and innovation ways of business but having a hard time to maintain the projects which most of the department/section will close down after 1 - 2 years of operations.
