Friendly environment and good place to learn even if you are in senior position. Fair amount of leaves, free certificates, flexi working hours (Depends on your department). Overall an awesome place to work on! (PS: Tons of self learning, so be independent!)

- a system so old, makes it even harder to maintain - not good in agile methodologies - keep on rotating you to another team that develops a different system - top management didn't seem to know what they were doing
