Its in PJ, the traffic is much better than KL
Resistant to change, unable to adapt, working culture is much to be desired.
Software engineer
Friendly environment and good place to learn even if you are in senior position. Fair amount of leaves, free certificates, flexi working hours (Depends on your department). Overall an awesome place to work on! (PS: Tons of self learning, so be independent!)
Less competitive salary and benefits. Constantly lack of resources and high workload.
Great colleagues and good working environment
A bit hard to express opinion to management. Seldom they try to focus on you. Some colleague can be difficult but I believe this can happen in other companies as well.
Software developer
Not much pro to work here.
Salary low, no bonus, bad work culture
- good colleague and team work - got a monthly and weekly activity sponsored
- a system so old, makes it even harder to maintain - not good in agile methodologies - keep on rotating you to another team that develops a different system - top management didn't seem to know what they were doing
Senior software engineer
Ok benefit. Salary now ontime.
Heavy workload, quite high turnover rate.
Good culture, team work, benefits.
Nothing much on the weakness.

Medical benefit not really good especially for thise who has children

No Work From Home but have flex working hours (based on team)

Management quite bad. Too much Workload, Very difficult in recruiting new people. Hard to get increment of salary
