Poor practise of scrum values at times with stressful timeline (the dev and QA team would have to work overtime on most days even the weekend) and work culture.

Salary is not competitive enough.

- Bad RO under retail automation department - No increment almost 5 years

limited choice of food for lunch

Have to drive out for food unless you want to eat from the same cafe daily.

Bad politics and colleague is not friendly , they play boycott

Too many old staff, works more than 15-25 years. No room for promotion

Need a lot of improvement on management. The task are random. Project requirement sometime are out of control, but the developer still need to meet the expectation. The role are not properly assigned and salary quiet hard to increase depends years of contribution.
