Very toxic place to work at. The politics are very high and the management is the one spreading it down in hierarchy. Blaming game in this company is one of the strongest in my opinion . They just throw you under the bus.. No solution provided but only can complain - No career prospect. Everything you do is quite routine. - People here don't back each other up. They just do their own work and lack communication. Favoritism is there some people are royal employees some are just employee in one team there two types of rules if you are in good list of Boss you will be treated differently . taking credits of other people work.
