•Training within the company could be a little better, instead of online modules for new- comers. I find online modules that are existing aren’t very effective or useful. More money should be invested into this. •progression in the company is a big issue especially for long term staff members, a bit more trust and belief lacks here. •new jewellery discount isn’t enough for how much the items are worth. •bad communication from district manager takes days or even weeks to response to staff members even to management. Which isn’t very professional or reassuring at all. Especially if you have an issue that needs to be addressed for yourself or a customer. • starting 5 years ago I found Hr/ upper management were more invested in store staff and family values were more there. However now its very little. •no gratitude shown from upper Hr/ district manager for how long I was with the company before I left, only received an automated email regarding I pack my items and give back any equipment etc. Which isn’t nice when you put a lot into a company for many years. (Especially when family values are preached constantly From Above) - however my team made up for this!
