Can be very busy and stressful environment to work in and very little space given to staff

This may be rare , but I can not think of any down side to working at Swarovski.

Company is not quick to take action against problematic employees -at the expense of victimized employees having to continue to deal with problematic coworkers and even management positions.

There is lack of career advancement

Needs strong C suite leadership to see through company vision

Late working hours & during holidays

New* (2018-) upper management is very cold and doesn't value good employees. It use to feel like a family environment where we had close connections with our customers and then turned into a get them in and get to the next person. They use to foster a climate of positivity and now they choose to manage their employees by fear.

The space was small, so it was hard to keep all products on-site.

Highly political environment, prone to subjective decision-making.

The management is very bad, and employees are not treated to their value
