This is essentially a sales assistant job. Pays below London living wage, very patronising and long e-learning that you have to do on your own time, long hours and little time to have a life outside of it. Company restructuring means becoming a keyholder has little benefit

Maybe salary is on the average side

It depends on the manager of the store. Some managers don't care whether you feel uncomfortable or not and keep scheduling you 5 days a week but pay you the salary for PT. If you are sick you need to change your shifts with other colleagues. Besides, too many girls always make a gossip environment.
